Instructions

Ages 12 years to Adult:
Take two (2) capsules with each meal, or anytime between meals as needed, as you improve you may choose to cut back to one (1) capsule per meal. Consuming this formula long term contributes to your overall health.

Ages 7-12 years:
Take one (1) capsule per day with one meal for five days. Progress to one (1) capsule with an AM and PM meal for another five days, and then finally two (2) capsules with an AM and PM meal per day.

Ages 5-7 years:
Take one (1) capsule with one meal every other day for five days. Progress to one (1) capsule with one meal everyday for another five days, and then finally one (1) capsule with an AM and PM meal per day.

This product is recommended for adults and children over 12. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue taking the formulas for one full day, drink plenty of water, and then restart the instructions. Take medications and other supplements at least one hour before or after taking this formula.
