It is important to drink 8 glasses of water per day.
For 13 years and Older:
To minimize the occurrence of any detoxification side effects, take:
Week 1 (for 7-10 days): Start with one (1) PM (capsule) and one (1) AM (caplet) everyday.
Week 2 (for 7-10 days): Progress to two (2) PM and two (2) AM everyday.
Week 3 (Forward): Progress to three (3) PM and three (3) AM everyday.
If you experience any discomfort (fatigue, headaches, irritability, etc.) the formula may be pulling toxins from the body faster than you have the ability to eliminate them. This would be a positive indication that the detoxification process is working; but working too fast.
Discontinue the formula for 1-3 full days, drink plenty of water, and restart the instructions at the beginning.
Program recommendation is 4 to 6 months. Long term
supplementation is excellent for your health.
Take medication and other supplements at least one hour before or after this formula.
